10 Years Of Experience & Knowledge

has taught me that Audio Engineers Are The Most True & Pure Form of “THE STUDIO LEGEND”

The recording studio is considered a safe place for artist to come create their music. Most artist seek a studio looking for their “vibe”. The space alone can’t create this vibe for an artist, the experience has to be curated by an engineer. The importance in the role of an engineer has to be stressed to those who seek to fill the position.

The Bigger The Client The More  Responsibilities That Are Handed To You!

Audio Engineering School is a place for those to learn fundamental and, what I like to call, “textbook knowledge” but what is more crucial than a textbook is In-The-Field experience. After doing this for almost a decade I have learned more working as or assisting another engineer than school would have ever taught me in my life. I learned to create a system for myself that would not only teach me things that would eventually be needed to provide a high level service to world renown musicians but also run a business that would supply for everything I needed.

Just to give a little background, I was 19 years old when I sparked an interest to pursue a career in the music industry. I come from a first generation foreign family, so as far as any moral support for this decision was zero. I lived homeless, didn’t have money to buy anything, & had zero knowledge and connections to anything in the music industry. WIthin 10 years, I went from scrubbing toilets and cleaning floors in order to build relationships with industry people to becoming a Private Recording|Mix Engineer in Los Angeles for clients such as:

The Isley Brother’s, OG Bobby Billions, Don Toliver, Bun B, YG, TYGA, Coi Leray, Davido, Burna Boy, Scott Storch, Mannie Fresh,      National Geographic, Sony, Atlantic, Universal, Interscope, etc.

At the same time, I became one of the first South Indians to ever receive an RIAA Certified Platinum Award. In the moment of receiving that award I learned that:

The Legend Lives In The Legacy That You Leave

The workshop I teach will give you 10 years of knowledge compacted into 8 hours of, what I call, “Session Theory”. This theory is a combination of fundamental knowledge in audio engineering and psychological study on how to deal in a space where art comes before facts. Topics that will be covered include, but are not limited to, “Fundamentals of Audio”, “Studio Operations & Etiquette”, “How To Build Your Clientele”, “Artistic People Psychology”, “Pro Tools Theory” etc. A Hands-On Learning Experience will be provided in one of Houston’s premiere recording studios “Auracle Studios”, equipped with top of the line industry gear and a staff that represents top of the line service.

The goal is to create a new generation of Studio Legends. I want for all students to leave from this experience having the knowledge, confidence, tools, & network access needed to make great music & leave behind a legacy that will be remembered!
